Dawson's civil division handles the work that makes every vertical project possible: moving dirt, installing utilities, managing water and paving the way for the building above. We self-perform civil and site scope on most projects, with our own crews, our owned equipment fleet and our own civil project managers running the work. That direct control means fewer coordination gaps between site and structure, tighter tolerances on building pads and civil crews that stay on your schedule instead of a subcontractor's.
