Dawson runs an INAGC-accredited apprenticeship in carpentry, heavy equipment operation, and cement masonry. Four years of paid work on real Dawson projects, classroom learning through partner trade schools, and a journey-level credential at the end. You work alongside the same foremen and superintendents you will work under as a journeyman. Wages are real and union-scale from day one.

Summer cohort for construction management, civil engineering, and construction-adjacent students. You are placed on a real Dawson project from day one with a Project Manager and Superintendent as your daily team. Real submittals, real RFIs, real owner meetings. Most of our current Project Engineers came in through the intern program.
Dawson is an approved DoD SkillBridge employer. Active-duty service members in their final 180 days can spend that window working with Dawson at zero cost to the unit, with full DoD pay continuing through the placement. We place SkillBridge candidates across Project Management, Estimating, Field Supervision, and Operations. The discipline you carry from service shows up in the work here.

Dawson recruiting runs in seasons. Knowing where you are on the calendar tells you when to apply, when to expect an offer, and when you would start.
