Dawson renovated the third floor of Juneau's Michael J. Burns Building to create a modern, collaborative workplace for the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation. The scope included full demolition of existing offices and build-out of a new open workspace with 56 cubicles, a reception area, conference rooms, IT infrastructure, and upgraded mechanical systems, all completed while other floors of the building remained occupied and operational.
The Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation now operates from a modern, collaborative workspace that reflects the importance of their mission, managing the state's sovereign wealth for current and future Alaskans. The 56-cubicle open layout encourages the kind of cross-team communication that a diversified investment operation requires, while the board room suite provides the formal setting their governance demands. The renovation was completed without disrupting other building tenants, a standard Dawson has set across dozens of occupied renovation projects in Juneau.
From emergency repairs to ground-up builds, Dawson teams deliver across Southeast Alaska and Northwest Washington.
