New construction of an 83-unit, five story wood framed hotel built to Marriott’s TownePlace Suites specification. The new facility is attached to an existing 122-unit SpringHill Suites that opened the prior year. TownePlace is designed for longer stays and includes studio, one and two bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens. The rooms have living/working areas, separate from sleeping areas.
