The Jilkaat Kwaan Cultural Heritage Center and Bald Eagle Observatory is a 12,000 square foot, single story cultural center with a slab on grade foundation. The new cultural center sits across from the existing Hospitality House, also built by Dawson. The wood framed building was designed to reflect the traditional building style of the Chilkats.
