Bakerview Family Housing provides affordable housing for farmworkers and their families in Whatcom County. The $10.3 million project was designed to address significant unmet housing needs in the Bellingham and Whatcom County community. The new construction consists of three four–story wood framed apartment buildings over a concrete parking garage and ground floor commercial office space.

The buildings house 50 units of two and three bedroom apartments, each with a full kitchen and amenities. The site also includes a shared community gathering area and kitchen, and an outdoor playground.
