Dawson Construction completed the interior build-out of the Whatcom Educational Credit Union (WECU) branch in Bellingham, Washington, transforming an existing 11,745 square foot building into a modern financial services facility. WECU is one of the largest credit unions serving the Whatcom County community, and this project brought their Barkley District location up to contemporary banking standards.
The scope of work included full upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems to support modern banking technology and climate control requirements, along with interior finish upgrades throughout the space. Designed by Zervas Group, the renovated facility provides a welcoming, professional environment for WECU's members and staff.
