Dawson built Vicara Apartments from the ground up in Olympia for Landview Partners, a 128-unit campus-style residential community comprising seven four-story walk-up apartment buildings, three townhome structures, a common recreation building, three garages, and associated sitework. The Type-V wood-framed buildings deliver workforce and affordable rental housing to the south Puget Sound region.
The community features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with modern finishes including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, and full-sized in-unit washers and dryers. Dawson also delivered shared amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, pickleball court, dog park, and community gathering spaces across a landscaped campus.
The campus-style layout creates a genuine residential neighborhood rather than just an apartment complex, the kind of livable community that Olympia's growing population needs in one of the Puget Sound region's fastest-growing markets.
From emergency repairs to ground-up builds, Dawson teams deliver across Southeast Alaska and Northwest Washington.
