Dawson constructed a 123,450 square foot assisted living and memory care community on a 4.5-acre site in Spokane Valley. The four-story wood-framed building houses 80 assisted living units and 44 memory care units on a dedicated memory care floor, alongside a full-service kitchen, dining facilities, activity rooms, library, and an outdoor courtyard.
The community features modern accommodations with wellness programs, dining services, recreational amenities, and round-the-clock professional support staff, designed to help residents stay active, social, and supported as their needs evolve. The design prioritizes active aging and social engagement, with common spaces that encourage interaction and outdoor areas that invite daily movement.
Spokane Valley seniors now have a high-quality, full-service home where they can age comfortably and stay socially connected. The design has proven effective at encouraging the kind of daily interaction that supports resident wellbeing, creating a genuine neighborhood rather than just housing units.
From emergency repairs to ground-up builds, Dawson teams deliver across Southeast Alaska and Northwest Washington.
