The three-story wood-framed building provides capacity for 95 beds, along with a full-service kitchen, dining facilities, activity rooms, and an enclosed outdoor courtyard that gives residents safe access to fresh air and natural light.
Site development alone was a significant undertaking. Dawson's team transformed 2.5 acres of raw land into a finished campus, including parking infrastructure and a bus turnout along the adjacent highway for public transit access. The result is a purpose-built community where seniors receive compassionate care in a setting designed around their comfort and dignity.
