Dawson built Clare's Place in Everett, a supportive housing facility designed to help chronically homeless people rebuild their lives. Developed by Catholic Community Services, the facility provides permanent supportive housing with wraparound services, creating stable, dignified living spaces for residents transitioning out of homelessness.

Clare's Place now provides permanent supportive housing for people transitioning out of chronic homelessness in Everett, stable homes with the services and support that make the transition possible. The facility has become a model for how construction quality and intentional design can support some of the most vulnerable members of a community. Buildings like this one represent construction at its most purposeful, using building skills to change lives.
