Dawson constructed this four-story affordable multi-family housing development in Bellingham with 77 residential units above an approximately 5,500 square foot parking garage. The ground floor also includes an 8,500 square foot Early Learning Center, two management offices, a community room, and a covered outdoor play area. The project serves working families in the Barkley neighborhood.
Seventy-seven Bellingham families gained quality affordable housing in a community-centered building. The integrated Early Learning Center and shared spaces created more than apartments, they created a neighborhood anchor serving families at every stage.
