The Whatcom County Courthouse Exterior Envelope Repairs project involved exterior renovations to the existing courthouse building in downtown Bellingham. The six-story building houses various County departments including the county executive, treasurer, assessor, county prosecutor, and is connected to the county jail.

Work included EIFS repair and refinishing, flashing replacements, masonry repairs, sealant replacements, window replacements, reroofing, and addressing the existing generator.
