Whatcom Community College Health Professions Building

Hidden Project

This project involved new construction of the 27,435 square foot, structural steel Health Professions Building for Whatcom Community College. The project was an innovative public-private partnership between local developers and the Whatcom Community College (WCC) Foundation, the college’s non-profit fundraising entity, to construct the state-of-the-art facility to be used by WCC’s health professions programs.

Work included the steel frame structure with slab on grade foundation, membrane roof, storefront system with canopy entrance, lobby, restrooms, elevator installation, and mechanical, fire protection, and electrical systems.
