With the intent to relieve Juneau’s competitive housing market, Trillium Landing Apartments provide affordable housing for independent living seniors. This project includes construction of a 45,000 square foot wood building with 4 stories housing a total of 49 apartment units. 41 units are designated income- and rent-restricted affordable housing, with the remaining eight being fair market housing. The apartments come in several sizes, offering five studio apartments, nine two-bedroom, and 35 one-bedroom units. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen and washer and dryer.
