This project renovated two interconnected buildings, the Robertson Building and the Hamilton Building, to accommodate the expanded training and education curriculum of the Maritime program at the University of Alaska, Southeast. The three-phase project included structural upgrades, site drainage improvements, room reconfigurations, upgraded interior finishes, and replacement of mechanical and electrical systems.
