This project encompassed renovations to the 23,000 square foot, three story Orleans Place apartment building in Bellingham, WA. Work included construction of a 600 square foot addition and renovations to the 24 unit, wood framed apartment building. Renovation work involved demolition and excavation, residing the existing building, and upgrades to the individual units, mechanical, electrical, security, and plumbing systems.

All renovations were completed under Washington State Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards.
