Nooksack Valley Middle School

Education Project

This project involved the replacement and modernization of the 67,970 square foot Nooksack Valley Middle School. Work included construction of a 2-story addition and renovations to the existing gym and science rooms.

The project was completed in phases in order to accommodate the students and faculty during the ongoing school year, with Phase I including relocating portables and the pavilion, demolitions, and hazardous material abatement.

Phase II consisted of building the new school, utilities, and adjacent site improvements. Phase III involved abatement and demolition of the existing school and new site improvements in its place.
