This project involved interior renovations at the Kodiak Courthouse including hazardous materials abatement, interior renovation of two courtrooms and the Clerk’s counter. Upgrades were made to the adjoining spaces including new casework, doors and hardware, flooring, painting, acoustical ceilings and wall panels, lighting, and mechanical upgrades.

At least one courtroom remained operational at all times and Courtroom A was required to be completed just a few weeks after beginning work. The entire project was completed within 60 days of mobilization.
