Kake Ferry Terminal Passenger Facility

Hidden Project

The Kake Ferry Terminal Passenger Facility project involved construction of a small, heated terminal. Scope included new construction of the 7,700 square foot terminal building and renovations to 20,000 square feet of existing areas including reconstruction of exterior walls and roof, windows and doors, interior partitions, and finishes. Work also included significant selective demolition of the existing building; new mechanical, electric, and fire suppression systems; site paving; and landscaping.
