The Housing First Collaborative is a two-building facility providing housing and support services to adults in Juneau experiencing chronic homelessness. Dawson built the second phase of the project, involving new construction of a three story, 14,500 sf expansion, offering 32 units and ground floor office space. The second phase roughly mirrors the first phase of construction, partially enclosing the interior garden space and extending along the developed parking and street frontage.
