This dental office tenant improvement included the equipment installation and coordination, as well as complete mechanical, plumbing, and medical gas systems. Dawson collaborated throughout design to maximize the use of high-end finishes and state-of-the-art equipment while staying within budget.

All construction was completed while the surrounding office building was occupied.
