The Denali Camp C Utilities project included new construction of an 11,300 square foot wood framed emergency services fire management building and annex. The completed building surpassed Dawson’s initial goal of LEED Silver status, and received LEED Gold. The scope of work included an access road, parking areas, demolition and rebuilding of a vehicle fueling facility, and the general rehabilitation of the utility systems in the C Camp Area of Denali National Park and Preserve.
