Port Townsend City Hall Improvements and Annex Addition

DESCRIPTION: Improvements to Port Townsend's historic City Hall building including waterproofing the exterior envelope, restoring the historic stone, brick, and trim, seismic strengthening of the building, a new fire protection system, and miscellaneous interior improvements. This project also included new construction of a 3-story, slab-on-grade wood and steel framed annex. This project was awarded LEED Silver certification.
