DESCRIPTION: Demolition of existing paving and site improvements, earthwork and new building utilities, new asphalt, concrete paving, new landscaping, and construction of a 9,000 square foot, 2-story bank building and an 1,100 square foot drive-thru canopy. Building construction is slab on grade and slab on deck, steel and CMU structure, brick veneer exterior, exterior steel canopies, membrane roofing (partially with roof garden), aluminum storefronts, metal framed interior and exterior framed walls, Gypsum board walls with paint, acoustical ceilings, ceramic tile/carpet/resilient floorings, casework and wood trim, elevator, and new mechanical and electrical systems.
