DESCRIPTION: Approximately 20 acres of land development including new sanitary sewer, storm drain, water, electrical, natural gas, and oily water sewer systems, construction of a 98,000+ square foot Maintenance Shop Building with two large shop bays, a two story office wing and a single story office wing,construction of a 28,000 square foot warehouse building, and approximately 150 acres of wetland mitigation.
