The Maple Street Apartments are comprised of 4 apartment buildings: The Shearwater, Turnstone, Sandpiper, and Condor. The project was completed in four phases, with a fifth phase to provide parking for residents of the 288 new units. The first floor, built of concrete and steel stud, contains retail space and townhouse style apartments. The upper four stories consist of  wood framed apartments.
