30,000 square feet

DESCRIPTION: New construction of a 30,000 sf facility in a very busy area of downtown Juneau. The first floor of this three story building houses retail, exhibit, and meeting spaces. The second and third floors are a combination of office, meeting spaces and tenant improvement (TI) areas. The TI areas were completed after the primary building was occupied. The basement is utilized for collections, storage, building support, and mechanical systems.
