DESCRIPTION: New construction of a two-story fire station facility, with a four-bay apparatus floor, main building lobby, training room, turnout gear space, decontamination room, dispatch center, quartermaster and storage areas, medical supply storage, and dive team storage on the first level.

The second floor consists of a reception area, staff offices, exercise room, locker room/showers, eight bunkrooms, study/library, laundry area, kitchen and day room. Mechanical spaces are distributed on each floor, and the building has a service elevator. The building is designed to meet Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines.
