The E.A. & Jenny Rasmuson Community Health Center was designed to provide access to essential medical services including radiology, dental, behavioral health, a laboratory, and urgent care to a small, rural community. New construction features a single story, 13,000 square foot wood and metal framed building. Dawson self-performed much of the work, including concrete, structural work, framing, finish carpentry, siding, and the building envelope.
The “craftsman style” exterior of the building reflects the community’s environment, with cedar wood siding and river rock masonry mirroring the surrounding woods and natural creek that runs through the site.
