 COMMUNITYDawson Construction supports and encourages activities that serve the needs of our community. The following are just a handful of current examples of such activities:
Sand in the City 2008Dawson Construction teamed with Zervas Group Architects for this year's "Sand in the City" sand sculpting competition held in Bellingham on August 8th, 2008. Our team received 1st place. Seven corporate teams participated this year. This event benefits the Marine Life Center, a focal point of Bellingham's waterfront.
Jingle Bell Run/Walk for ArthritisThe Dawson team raised $2,740 in support of the Arthritis Foundation’s mission to PREVENT, CONTROL and CURE arthritis and related diseases. Accross Whatcom County, bells rang as 3,000 participants with jingle bells tied to their shoelaces joined friends and neighbors in either a 2-mile walk or a 4-mile run for a good cause.
